Welcome to The Chihuahua Coach. By accessing our website, purchasing digital products, or booking training and behaviour consultations, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

The Chihuahua Coach provides physical and digital products such as e-books, courses, and downloadable guides, along with online consultations focused on Chihuahua training and behaviour. These services are for informational purposes only and should not be considered veterinary, legal, or medical advice. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or book a consultation. All services and products are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Full payment is required before accessing digital products or booking consultations. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers, and we are not responsible for any payment issues caused by these providers. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, but refunds are not available for missed or cancelled appointments. Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues preventing access to purchased content.

All content, including text, images, courses, and digital downloads, is owned by The Chihuahua Coach and is protected under UK copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any content without explicit written permission.
Chihuahua training and behaviour guidance is based on experience and research but is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. The Chihuahua Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Training and behaviour modification involve inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on our guidance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to misuse of digital content or disruptive behaviour during consultations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
